Our Chef Hrvoje
Chef Hrvoje Nakić, leader of the kitchen at Forty Two by Mime's restaurant, known for his creative interpretations of local and modern cuisine. His passion for top gastronomy is visible in every detail - from oxtail terrine, which is prepared for 12 hours, to yellowfin tuna tartare with wasabi beads and octopus with romesco sauce.
