Reservation conditions
Welcome to Mime’s! In order to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have set the following booking conditions.
1. Reservation confirmation
- The table reservation is considered confirmed when you receive an e-mail or SMS confirmation that the reservation has been entered.
- Please check the accuracy of the data entered during the reservation.
2. Time of arrival
- The reserved table will be held for 20 minutes from the agreed arrival time.
- If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Otherwise, after 20 minutes, the reservation will be canceled and the table made available to other guests.
3. Cancellation of reservation
- If you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please cancel the reservation via our website, e-mail or telephone.
- Cancellation is possible no later than 3 hours before the scheduled time.
4. Reservation changes
- All changes (number of guests, time of arrival) must be agreed in advance, depending on availability.
5. Groups and special requests
- For groups of more than 6 people, it is necessary to confirm the arrival in advance. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit or to agree special conditions in advance.
- We will try to fulfill special requests (dietary needs, celebration, arrangements) to the best of our ability.
6. Duration of reservation
- In the case of a large number of reservations, the duration of table use may be time-limited. We will inform you about this in advance.
7. Conditions for events and private celebrations
- For private celebrations and special events, separate conditions apply, which will be specified at the time of agreement.
8. Failure to comply with the terms
- We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in case of non-compliance with these conditions or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
